Delete Your Account

We're sorry to see you go. This page explains how to request account deletion and what happens to your data.

⚠️ Account deletion is permanent and cannot be undone.

What Gets Deleted

When your account is deleted, the following data is permanently removed from our servers:

Your name and email address
Your hashed password
Your subscription status and billing history reference
Your QuickBooks connection token
Your quote usage counter and monthly quota

What Is Not Deleted

The following data is retained or managed by third parties:

Stripe — payment records are retained by Stripe as required by financial regulations. Contact Stripe to request their data deletion.
Quotes saved locally on your device — these are stored on your phone and must be deleted manually by uninstalling the app.

How to Request Deletion

Email us from the address associated with your StormQuote Pro account. Include your registered email address in the body of the message so we can locate your account.

We will process your request within 7 business days and send a confirmation once complete.

Active Subscriptions

If you have an active subscription, cancelling your account will not automatically cancel your Stripe subscription. Please cancel your subscription from the Account tab in the app before requesting deletion, or contact us and we will handle it for you.
